Employer Sponsored

An Australian business can sponsor an overseas employee for temporary residence (minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 4 years) or permanent residency. The business, nominated position and visa applicant must meet certain criteria to be eligible. Concessions are available for businesses located in a Regional area.

Categories include:

1. Short Stay Business visa (up to 3 months);
2. Long Stay Business visa  ( 3 months to 4 years);
3. Sponsored Business Visitor;
4. Employer Nomination Permanent Residency;
5. Labour Agreement;
6. Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme.
